Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jilf ("jilf", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and gaming platform accessible at jilf.cam. jilf operates under a valid authorization issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"), the regulatory body responsible for the supervision and licensing of all legal gaming activities in the Philippines.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a jilf account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, valid email address, and any other information jilf or PAGCOR may require for Know Your Customer ("KYC") compliance. jilf reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage of the registration or account lifecycle process.

Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the jilf platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, regardless of whether different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods are used.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jilf Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. jilf will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

• You must notify jilf support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• You must keep your registered contact information, including your Philippine mobile number and email address, accurate and up to date at all times.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you.
• jilf accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other party.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jilf supports a range of Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, InstaPay, and PesoNet. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts registered to third parties are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your jilf wallet immediately or within the processing time specified by the relevant payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as an anti-money laundering control. Before processing any withdrawal, jilf may require completion of identity verification and source-of-funds documentation in accordance with PAGCOR AML compliance requirements. jilf reserves the right to apply a withdrawal review period of up to five (5) business days for first-time or large withdrawals.

jilf may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and other promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and the Terms herein, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that specific promotion only.

• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money balances in your jilf wallet and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• jilf reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms communicated at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses are offered for entertainment purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of winnings or a financial benefit independent of wagering activity.
• Abuse of bonuses — including bonus hunting, matched betting across multiple accounts, or any form of collusion designed to exploit promotional terms — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.
• jilf reserves the right to apply a maximum cashout limit to certain bonus types, which will be clearly specified in the applicable promotion terms.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the jilf platform:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other account process.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or third-party payment methods to fund your jilf account.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the jilf platform.
• Colluding with other players or jilf employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, threatening language, or discriminatory conduct toward jilf staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code or proprietary data from any part of the jilf platform.
• Circumventing any geolocation, age verification, or identity verification measure implemented by jilf.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jilf platform — including but not limited to the jilf brand name, logo, website design, interface elements, game graphics, promotional materials, text, software code, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilf or its duly licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilf platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any jilf intellectual property without prior written authorization from jilf.

Privacy & Data Protection

jilf implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, and unlawful processing. jilf will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities including PAGCOR and the AMLC where legally required.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilf shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the jilf platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or damage caused by platform downtime, network failures, or third-party payment processing delays.

jilf's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jilf does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may affect platform availability without prior notice.

Suspension & Termination

jilf reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
• jilf has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering purposes.
• A player fails to complete or pass required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• PAGCOR or another competent authority directs jilf to restrict or close the account.
• A player requests self-exclusion through jilf's responsible gaming tools.

Upon termination for cause, jilf may withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, jilf will process any outstanding withdrawable balance to the player's registered payment account within a reasonable period. Bonus balances not yet converted to real money through wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account termination in all circumstances.

Responsible Gaming

jilf is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We believe that online casino gaming should remain a form of entertainment. In the event of any dispute arising from or related to your use of the jilf platform or these Terms, you agree to first attempt resolution through jilf's internal dispute resolution process by contacting jilf customer support. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) calendar days, the dispute shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. Failing PAGCOR resolution, disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of Makati City, Philippines, to whose exclusive jurisdiction both parties submit.

Amendments to These Terms

jilf reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by PAGCOR directive, applicable law, or urgent security considerations.

Your continued use of the jilf platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using jilf and may request account closure by contacting jilf customer support.
